With a homemade tart Gooseberry Syrup in the top hald a light vanilla ganache in the bottom half and handrolled in white chocolate, topped with golden sparkles.
 
Dark Espresso
Super strong Milk Chocolate Coffee ganache (made with the finest John Watt Coffee) in a Dark Chocolate shell. A super Smooth caffeine hit!

Homemade Crunchy Almond Praline with an Orange and Cointreau Ganache in a Dark Chocolate Shell decorated with a festive Snowman design. 
 
Christmas Pudding
These individual handmade, hand decorated Christmas Puddings are just so cute! We use our creamy smooth 41% Milk Chocolate to create a warming, spicy christmas ganache with a splash of Brandy. Topped with White chocolate and a hand piped holly decoration.
