54% Dark Chocolate shell with a metalic copper tint. Inside we have a smooth Milk Chocolate based Whisky Ganache. The peat flavours of the Whisky marvellously mixed with the sweetness from the chocolate.
Champagne
A 41% Milk Chocolate shell with a Milk Chocolate Champagne ganache that packs quite a punch topped off with crunchy cocoa nibs, like little bubble exploding in your mouth.
Gin & Lime
A marbled White and Dark Chocolate Shell containing a Dark Chocolate ganache centre infused with Bathtub Gin and Lime.
