At the Co Co Co. we are passionate about making the best chocolates. Not only do they have to look good but they also have to taste good as well. The end result is a fantastically fruity Raspberry ganache made with freeze dried raspberries, which pack quite a punch. The flavour of the Raspberries marries perfectly with the White Chocolate ganache base, which also has a good helping of Marc de Champagne. For the Chocolate we opted for a lovely smooth 70% dark chocolate to create the perfect shell. The shells have been finished with either a smooth shiny silver sparkle or a stunning velvet effect raspberry dust.
